Fadi Shuman, Director of Pod1, has said he wants to be sure that he has the best staff on both sides of the Atlantic. The talented staff who measure up to the rigorous standards of Pod1, could be working in either the London office or the newest addition to the Pod1 stable, the New York office.
This drive is primarily motivated by the fact that Pod1 finds itself in the enviable situation of having a large influx of high profile clients clamouring to work with us. This requires the recruitment of new staff with a sufficiently high level of knowledge and experience to ensure that all work is completed to the required standards of an award-winning web design agency.
This recruitment is not limited to any particular department within the company as our current expansion covers all areas to cope with an ever growing client list. Where many web design companies might restrict their hiring to a few temporary workers to help overcome the peaks, Pod1’s growth has been so sustained that our full-time staff roster has increased by over 30% in the past 3 months and this increase looks set to continue steadily.
