The boutique chain of designer clothes shops offers a range of labels for men and women like Prada, Missoni and Burberry Prorsum. The online store features a comprehensive range from the same designers
Navigation
The clothes are searchable by label, item, new arrivals or designer. Rolling over each product image generates a larger image on the right-hand side of the screen.
Customer Service
The FAQ section is relatively comprehensive but I struggled in vain to find its delivery time-scale policy. However, an email query about delivery was answered within two hours and stated that if items are in stock delivery would be next day, or a further two days if they had to come from the warehouse.

Bottom line
This is as beautiful as online clothes shopping can be. The site design matches the luxury clothes and is full of helpful touches, while the goods arrived beautifully packaged. The one downside was the curiously mean 14-day limit for exchange or refund.
