This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Support Analyst to join the UK fastest growing digital agency. You will be supporting Mac, Windows and Linux clients and servers, and although you do not need to know all this straight away, you will be working towards becoming cross platform guru. The role revolves around desktop and telephone for around 60 users across two sites, plus design and studio support. The role will be varied, fast paced and will allow the right candidate to push and develope their skill set.

You will deliver:
1st/2nd line support and maintenance
Manage our internal service desk
Handle all user administration
Provide application support
Offer remote support to our US office
Assisting with hardware and networking issues
Archiving and keeping all records up to date
Documentation and policy updates
Upgrading of systems as and when needed
Support of the telephones systems

Technical skills required:
Mac OS X 10.4 (10.5 desirable)
Windows (XP and Vista)
Linux/Unix (Red Hat or Ubuntu)
Adobe Creative Suite
Microsoft Office (2003 and 2007)
Hardware troubleshooting & repair & builds
Software troubleshooting (Windows & Mac)
Networking, CAT5 Cabling, Switches, Firewalls
Remote access including VPNs, Remote Desktop, RDC, VNC
Printer support (Canon and HP)
