As an Account Manager you will be responsible for client satisfaction, account strategy, growing the value of your accounts, and the quality of the deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee and ensure the quality of client deliverables, e.g. on time, on brand, on strategy and to defined standards
• Act as day-to-day contact with all client managers to address their business issues, needs and requirements
• Seek out opportunities for additional revenue within key accounts
• Inspire confidence in our clients that Pod1 recognises their needs and business issues
• Working with the Account Director to create and develop annual account plans and quarterly account reviews
• Working with Project Management to ensure adequate levels of resource are maintained to deliver against project requirements
